Current Status
Brigade Golden Heights provides clear construction updates to buyers and investors. The project has already secured key layout and planning approvals from local authorities. Major clearances from both the BDA as well as BBMP are fully secured. This shows that the builder is prepared for the next stages of work.
The project moves from the planning stage to the execution stage with these approvals in place. The project follows all of the legal rules carefully. This highlights Brigade Group's strong commitment to building a safe, high-quality residential landmark.
The construction is set to finish in about 4 years from launch. The project is planned to be set for possession by March 31, 2031. The unit sizes as well as tower layouts are already confirmed. The 1 BHK flats are 705 sq. ft. The 2 BHK flats range from 1,150 to 1,280 sq. ft. The 3 BHK units range from 1,420 to 1,690 sq. ft. The premium 3.5 BHK apartments range from 1,850 to 2,010 sq. ft.
Work on main gate and boundary is planned alongside the early internal road layout. The next execution steps will follow the official site schedule. These include material mobilization, excavation, and foundation works after the launch. Following this:
- Work on the model apartments will begin.
- Detailed internal roads and civic services will be developed.
These early works are timed around the March 20, 2026 pre-launch phase. This allows buyers to see real on-ground progress as the Expression of Interest (EOI) booking stage opens.
