Brigade Golden Heights Schedule

Brigade Golden Heights payment schedule starts at Rs. 91 Lakhs onwards and goes upto Rs. 2.25 Crore. The plan includes the base value of the flats, installment amounts, which include GST charges. It is a 4-year plan linked to construction and will start from 30th April, 2026.

The township's payment schedule is set in 10 installments, where the base value starts at 10% of the base value. Later, 10% installment amount is to be paid in every stage of construction. This plan helps customers to plan their budget and pay in smaller amounts rather than a large amount.

Note: The base price will not include the registration charges and stamp duty fees. It is a construction-linked plan and currently lies in the prelaunch stage.

What is a payment plan?

A payment plan is a systematic breakdown of payments in installments for buying a unit. These are set till the unit is ready for possession and the entire amount is cleared.

The payment plan is divided into schedules for Brigade Golden Heights, Bangalore, as given below:

• The first payment, amounting to 10% of the total unit value, is required at the time of booking.
• An additional 10% of the total consideration is due upon the execution of the Sale Agreement. It is scheduled within 30 days of the booking date.
• The next 10% payment is required once the foundation work of the project is finished.
• Another 10% must be paid after the ground floor slab is completed.
• A further 10% payment is due when the 5th floor slab is finished, according to the building progress.
• The next 10% becomes payable once the 10th floor slab is completed.
• Another 10% payment is due at the roofing stage after the main structural work is done.
• A further 10% is payable when the brickwork and internal plastering are finished.
• The next 10% payment is required after the flooring and finishing work, including the final interior tasks, are done.
• The final 10% balance is payable at the time of possession and registration. This is before the unit is handed over.

Note: Buyers are required to pay an extra 2% GST along with the final installment. This is to obtain the property.
